Every welding project is a challenge – with Welbach’s TRON 200 ONE combo welder, you have the right solution for any situation. MIG/MAG wire welding, precise TIG welds, or outdoor electrode welding – this multi-process welder handles it all with ease. Equipped with an IGBT inverter, this multi-welder excels as a plasma cutter too. Adjust and monitor all welding functions easily via digital control panel with two LED displays. In addition to welding methods and basic settings for current and gas flow timing, you can also access professionally preset parameters for optimal results. Alternatively, use the synergy function to set one value, with others adjusting automatically. For MIG/MAG welding, use wire spools up to 200 mm for extended welding sessions. The wire feeder is designed for wires with a diameter of 0.8 - 1.2 mm. Set the wire speed between 2-15 m/min for optimal gas-shielded arc welding results. Alternatively, use the TIG DC method with shielding gas for precise welds from various positions. High-frequency ignition creates a stable arc right right from the outset, after which you can weld forcefully with up to 200 A. Set current below 110 A for continous, uninterrupted welding. For thin sheets from 0.5 mm, activate the pulse function to weld self-melting metals like steel, stainless steel, copper, or nickel. Weld from any position – vertical, horizontal, or overhead. With the plasma torch, you can effortlessly cut through metals up to 15 mm thick with a maximum welding current of 50 A. The plasma arc is generated with compressed air, which cools the torch during cutting and leaves a clean cut edge. As with gas-shielded welding methods, choose a 2-stroke or 4-stroke operation for your cutting work. Start the pilot arc via high-frequency ignition. Do you weld outdoors and in strong winds? Then choose electrode welding (MMA). The method works without additional gas. The welder delivers a very stable current – ideal for good welding results. The VDR function provides extra safety when stick welding, especially in damp environments. Thanks to the hot start function, the weld current boosts briefly at the start, allowing stable, clean welding from the first moment. ...
