All you need for the clever water pressure press is an ordinary water connection and a garden hose. Thanks to its large capacity despite its small dimensions, the fruit press is the ideal solution both for the professional sector and for juice and wine production in private households. The way the hydro fruit press works is as simple as it is ingenious: there is a membrane in the sieve container. If you fill the container with fruit and the membrane with water via a garden hose, it expands and presses the pressed material evenly through the perforation from the inside to the outside. The squeezed juice collects in a channel and can be filled without loss via the raised spout. With its high capacity and a maximum working pressure of 3 bar, the hydropress 40 litres enables large quantities of fruit to be processed quickly and efficiently. The fitting with outlet and inlet (3/4'') as well as a pressure gauge makes it a breeze to use. The same applies to maintenance: as there are no rotating parts, only cleaning after use is necessary.
