The professional poultry scalder from Wiesenfield is an indispensable helper on the farm or in a slaughterhouse when you want to strip chickens or other poultry of their plumage for further processing. The poultry scalding machine has a volume of 70 L and is designed for 3 - 5 chickens per cycle chickens per scald cycle. The powerful 1.800 W heating element quickly reaches the desired temperature, which for chickens is 60 - 65 °C. For preparation for plucking, the birds only need to be scalded for 70 - 90 s, which makes the poultry scalding kettle particularly effective. A stainless steel basket makes it easy to put the birds in and take them out again. The temperature should be adjusted depending on the size of the poultry using the large control dial. The maximum selectable temperature in the water tank is 85 °C, although for most types of poultry only a temperature between 60 - 70 °C is needed.
