Lovers of aromatics and good Sicilian wines, this is the bottle that you absolutely must have in your cellar. It is a Sauvignon Blanc, purely produced by Cantine Fina and proposed as Terre Siciliane IGP. In Sicily, this vine has been widespread since the mid-1990s. And the best island productions are obtained from vineyards located over 400 metres above sea level, where conditions are less extreme and where a beneficial temperature range between day and night favours the appearance of finer, more characteristic aromas. Generally, these wines are made in stainless steel, precisely to safeguard the finesse of the initial aromas. In the glass it has a beautiful pale straw yellow colour. On the nose, the first thing one notices are the typical herbaceous and vegetal scents reminiscent of tomato leaves or green peppers. On the palate, however, it is the intense fruity notes that stand out, bringing to mind exotic fruits, such as pineapple and banana, as well as floral hints of elder, broom and hawthorn. ...
