This Scanpan Pro IQ 26cm Dutch Oven with Lid is made from hand-cast 100% recycled aluminium which offers outstanding heat distribution and is guaranteed not to warp or have hot spots. Aluminium is also considerably lighter than other materials making this Dutch oven easier to handle. A steel disc is cast into the base making it suitable for all hob types, including induction. Ideal for cooking casseroles, stews and roasts. This Dutch oven is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen. The riveted, brushed stainless steel handles transfer very little heat and are comfortable to hold. A glass lid with stylish steel rim is included with this casserole and is also heat resistant to 260°C.
