The Cuisipro 4 sided box grater is constructed with stainless steel blades and provides 5 different grating styles. Ultra coarse for soft cheese, coarse for everyday cheese and can also be used for vegetables, fine for citrus zest and hard cheeses like parmesan plus there is a grate in the base for items like ginger. The base is removable and allows grated food to be collected, this helps to save mess when preparing food. The large handle is soft to the touch which provides a firm grip to reduce movement and is comfortable for ease of use. The outside of the grater has measured units on the side which allows you to grate the required amount when following a recipe. The large grating surface on each side also features a unique vertical groove pattern, this helps the elongated movement when grating all sorts of ingredients.
