You cannot think of Friuli, from a viticultural point of view, and not immediately fly with your mind to the good Sauvignon Blancs of Collio. These are decidedly territorial wines that, in the minds of many enthusiasts, conjure up fresh notes and daring pairings. The mantra of the Ascevi Luwa winery is always the same.
