Rupis is the locality, near San Floriano del Collio, where the family runs the vineyard from which the Chardonnay grapes used to make this wine come. We are in Collio and the white grapes are the absolute protagonists. The processing of this wine begins with careful harvesting by hand and vinification in steel at a controlled temperature. The result is a wine characterised by a brilliant straw yellow colour with faint golden reflections. On the nose it has a delicate and elegant bouquet, with a hint of citrus fruit and an obvious hint of wild flowers. In the mouth it is above all fresh, full-bodied, elegant and mineral.
