A fine expression of contemporary Franciacorta. A wine that needs no subterfuge to fascinate. No tricks. No added sugar. It is made from 90% Chardonnay with just a touch of Pinot Noir to complete the picture. Grapes selected from all the estate vineyards, harvested when perfectly ripe between the end of August and the beginning of September. The cuvée is composed of wines of the same vintage and some reserve wines of previous vintages. The colour is straw yellow with green reflections, made brilliant by a fine and continuous perlage. The aromas are fresh and deep, ranging from light flowers to white-fleshed fruits. In the mouth, however, it is pleasantly savoury, fresh and sharp.
