Grace and structure. There are no better words to describe the perfect balance of this Bellavista Rosé. After all, it comes from a perfect combination of 56% Chardonnay grapes to which 44% of Pinot Noir grapes are added to give strength and colour to the cuvée. The selection of base wines is also decisive. For the final blend, in fact, as many as 30 harvest selections are used, some of which mature in small white oak barrels. The refinement in bottle lasts about 4 years. Time needed for the wine to reach the right complexity. The result is a sparkling wine of rare elegance, characterized by a soft pink hue and a tight perlage that creates a compact and persistent foam on the surface. The nose recalls fragrant notes of ripe fruit, from white peach to wild strawberries. Then memories of wild flowers and toasted bread. In the mouth it is intense and concentrated. Decidedly fresh but not sour, with elegant notes reminiscent of blackcurrant and sweet almond. ...
