There is a subtle fil rouge that indissolubly binds the most famous Italian opera house (perhaps in the world), and the Bellavista sparkling wine house that dedicates a prestigious vintage to it every year. "The best expression of the vintage and Bellavista style," reads the winery's website. The 2015 vintage comes from 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir grapes, the result of a radical selection of the individual estate vineyards. To make it even more unique, moreover, Bellavista matures more than a quarter of the base wines in small oak barrels for at least seven months.
