Toscana IGT Bianco, Arioso is a classic white wine from the Tuscan coast. Produced from pure Vermentino grapes, it is one of the labels offered by Campo alla Sughera in Bolgheri. Vermentino, traditionally a lover of warm and windy Mediterranean climates, in Tuscany, and in particular in the Livorno area, reaches full maturity with very intense aromas and expresses enveloping and harmonious wines. Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature, the wine is refined in the bottle for a few months before being put on the market. Straw yellow in colour with slight greenish highlights, this Arioso is appreciated for its rich aromas of yellow fruit, with hints of tropical fruit, star anise and subtle floral nuances. On the palate it is lively and savoury, with rich, harmonious fruit and pleasant saline notes. Excellent as an aperitif, this Bolgheri white wine is ideal with delicate fish or shellfish dishes.
