Masciarelli's Chardonnay Marina Cvetic is one of the most iconic wines of Abruzzo. A white that almost seems like a red, for its body and intensity. Made from carefully selected, harvested grapes, it is fermented in first-stage barriques, acquiring exceptional complexity. After vinification, there are another 18 months on the lees, again in wood, and no less than 10 months of ageing in the bottle. In the glass it reveals an intense golden yellow colour. On the nose yellow flowers and tropical fruit, toasted and hazelnut notes. In the mouth it is complex, rich, enveloping and incredibly long. Undoubtedly an extremely refined and important wine.
