A limited edition bottle, produced with grapes selected from 30 different plots on the hills of Valdobbiadene and harvested by hand. Passage in autoclave for 120 days, or 4 months, to increase the pleasantness, and an extreme dosage: zero sugar. It is therefore a Prosecco with a marked propensity for pairing. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, its color is fresh and fragrant on the nose, with scents of apple, citrus fruits, white flowers and a hint of balsamic notes. on the palate it is elegant, very dry and very fresh.
