The TrentoDOC Spumante Brut from the Letrari winery is a fresh and elegant Metodo Classico. It represents the Trentino winery's entry-level label, and is characterised by a simple, pleasant and immediate profile. It is the result of a typical blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and an elaboration process that includes a period of refinement on the lees of about 24 months. Straw yellow in colour with golden highlights, it is bright and brilliant in the glass, with a fine and continuous perlage. The bouquet offers hints of white flowers, citrus fruits, fragrant white-fleshed fruit, as well as nuances of almond, dried fruit and bread crust. In the mouth it is ample, with pleasant fruity notes that recall the sensations perceived previously. Harmonious, full-bodied and persistent, it is the right bubble to uncork on a thousand occasions.
