Perfect with red meat, grilled, of course, but also baked in the oven to make a tasty roast to serve with potatoes. The good fruit of a land cultivated with respect, this Sangiovese comes from the municipality of Ripatransone and neighbouring towns. Processing begins with a manual harvest. The expert grape-pickers of the Cantina Colli Ripani select only the best bunches and place them in boxes to safeguard the goodness of the initial fruit. Once in the cellar, processing begins with a phase of cold pre-fermentative maceration, followed by fermentation with the skins. After racking, malolactic fermentation and ageing in steel at a constant temperature. The result is a wine characterised by a brilliant red colour. On the nose the scents are intensely fruity with notes of red fruits, such as cherry and sour cherry. In the mouth it is harmonious, pleasant and easy to drink. Caution!
