A true cornerstone of Lombardy/Veneto viticulture. Lume, the one proposed here by Gino Fasoli, comes from a soft whole cluster pressing of pure Turbiana grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and refinement in the bottle to allow it to release the minerality typical of the soil of origin. In the glass, it has a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The aromas are delicately floral and of exotic fruit, citrus and even bitter almonds.
