Antica Fratta proposes, in fact, this interesting blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, clean and rigorous, produced without the addition of dosage syrup, or "liqueur d'expedition". No added sugar, therefore. No makeup or make-up. In the bottle, and then in our glass, only the fruit of a rigorous process aimed at making the most of the initial fruit. 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir. Maturation continues for more than 42 months from the harvest, of which at least 36 months are on the lees in the bottle. The result is a bubble of the highest quality, characterised by a straw-yellow colour with golden highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is astonishing for its full bouquet, with hints of spices and dried fruit. In the mouth, on the other hand, it is pleasantly clean, with a fragrant and balanced aroma and good persistence.
