Pure Grechetto di Todi. The grapes come only from the best vineyards in the Todi area. A very special grape that requires a certain amount of skill to grow. Local producers, in fact, are well aware that this vine has a particularly delicate skin which, when the grapes reach perfect ripeness, risks breaking very easily. And if you want to produce a quality wine, this is a risk that must absolutely be avoided. This is because when the skin breaks, there is a risk that part of the precious liquid contained in it will come out, which, in contact with air, can give rise to spontaneous fermentation that is not always pleasant. For this reason, each bunch of grapes must be picked with great care and the harvest must be delivered as soon as possible to the winery to be sent for extremely soft pressing. You have to extract only the best of the grain. The one proposed here by Tudernum has a beautiful bright straw yellow colour, with aromas of ripe apple, peach and citrus. In the mouth it is very persistent, well balanced and with a pleasantly almond finish.
