The skins only need a few hours of maceration in the must, even two or three, to give the final wine a bright pink colour that is, frankly, quite inviting. After all, the starting grapes are vines grown under the hot Aeolian sun and their skins are rich in colouring substances. Obtained from Corinto Nero and Nerello Mascalese, it is a great rosé, son of a volcanic land rich in suggestion. The nose reveals a floral bouquet reminiscent of wild roses, with hints typical of the Mediterranean maquis and citrus notes of pink grapefruit. In the mouth, on the other hand, it is characterised above all by its fine minerality, which directly recalls the wine's origins, but also by its great freshness, which makes it extremely easy to drink and pair.
