Castelli del Grevepesa offers this interesting Tuscan red, Calamassi Toscana IGT, the result of processing the region's main grape variety, Sangiovese. In this case the 'toscanaccio' enters the blend in a percentage of 90%. With him a selection of other grapes, red and white, as per ancient regional tradition. Harvested by hand, with careful selection of the bunches, vinification takes place at a controlled temperature, with about 10 days of maceration on the skins.
