A typical local one, Trebbiano Toscano (60%), and an international one, Chardonnay (40%). From this unusual blend comes the Calamassi Bianco, Toscano IGT by Castello del Grevepesa. Characterised by a beautiful straw-yellow colour, it offers delicate but intense aromas on the nose, with distinct fruity notes. In the mouth it is made particularly drinkable by the balanced acidulous note that gives freshness and enhances the pleasure after each sip.
