A simple but very enjoyable bubble. We are talking about the Piedmont DOC Spumante Brut proposed here by San Silvestro. A wine, as its creators say, perfect for aperitifs or to end a meal. A convivial bubble, characterised by a delicate and persistent perlage. A dry sparkling wine, obtained by vinification using the Charmat method, i.e. in an autoclave. In the glass it has a brilliant white colour, with delicate aromas of hay and flowers. Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect with cold meats and fresh cheeses.
