Born from a blend of indigenous grape varieties and Sangiovese. This Alghero rosé DOC proposed by Sella & Mosca is the classic wine "of one night", that is, obtained from a quick pressing of the grapes that remain in contact with the must for a few hours, giving just enough colour and aroma. This is followed by cold static decantation and rapid fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The result is a rosé wine characterized by an elegant cherry pink colour, with aromas reminiscent of rose petals, red fruit and sun-ripened citrus fruits. In the mouth it is just as rich and surprising, with a distinct freshness due to the natural acidity and a long, juicy finish. It is the right wine to accompany a wide variety of dishes.
