Lodolaio is born in a unique terroir in the world in terms of microclimate and soil characteristics, located at an altitude of 500-600 metres, from Sangiovese grapes obtained by mass selection of vines of very ancient origin, a true estate. It matures in the ancient Castelvecchi's cellar, under the vaults of the thousand-year-old castle. All these elements combine to ensure an excellent result in terms of the balance between power and elegance.
