It comes from the Piedmont hills of Santo Stefano Belbo, where the sun kisses the vineyards and nature bestows its finest fruits. We are in the heart of Monferrato, a land rich in history and winemaking tradition. Santero 958 Extra Dry Flowers is the result of a careful selection of white grapes, vinified in steel at a controlled temperature. Foaming takes place in an autoclave, according to the Charmat method, a process that gives the sparkling wine a soft effervescence and creamy smoothness. Brilliant straw yellow, with greenish reflections, the nose reveals an intense and persistent floral bouquet. Notes of rose petals, orange blossom and jasmine, then fresh fruit such as green apple and white peach. In the mouth, it conquers with softness and creaminess. The taste is slightly sweet, with a good balance between all its components, and in particular with the delicate, well-integrated acidity.
