But in reality, it really isn't. But this is how we obtain the white wine of great personality and freshness that is labelled Calanchi di Vaiano. Luminous yellow with reflections tending towards green, the nose reveals an elegant combination of scents, with hints of citrus, apricot, white pepper and yellow flowers. In the mouth it is gritty. Floral and mineral at the same time, it offers a very long persistence. Good today, it is a white that also holds up well to the passage of time.
