The "720" on the label refers to the height above sea level of the vineyards where this Sicilian white wine comes from. We are almost in the high mountains, although the soil, dark and rich in minerals, immediately reveals its volcanic origin. Etna Bianco Lenza di Munti, Carricante and Catarratto, is a complex and captivating wine, thanks above all to its strong mineral content which derives from its volcanic origin. Aged in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees, it does not encounter wood in order not to alter the aromatic framework of the grapes from which it was made. In the glass it has a beautiful bright straw yellow colour, with an intense bouquet that easily recalls the delicate notes of wild flowers, but also the citrus notes of grapefruit and fruity ones of green apple. In the mouth, however, it surprises with its freshness and minerality. An intriguing mix between an elegant mountain wine and a son of the volcano. At table it is hard to cause it difficulty.
