Bio Vegan is a line of wines, deeply territorial, the result of intense research work, in the vineyard and in the cellar. They are wines produced using only substances of vegetable origin, with a low sulphite content and double certification: Organic and BIO VEGAN. This, for example, is the product of pure Nero d'Avola grapes, carefully selected in vineyards rooted in soils about 200 metres above sea level. Harvested strictly by hand and carefully placed in boxes, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery to be processed before they can deteriorate. We are in September and in Sicily the heat can still be very intense. After careful, temperature-controlled vinification, the wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel and, before being released to market, is left to rest in the bottle for another 2-3 months. The result is a red wine characterized by a beautiful intense colour with violet reflections. The nose reveals a rich bouquet, with clearly recognizable notes of cherry, raspberry and plum.
