Maybe it's just suggestion. Or maybe it really is. The fact is that when the nose gets close to the glass, the "fruit sensation" is really intense. This Lacrima di Morro D'Alba DOC proposed by Mancinelli, comes from a pure vinification of the indigenous clone of Morro d'Alba Lacrima grapes. Super careful processing of the grapes that have reached full ripeness, the process begins with a fast carbonic maceration to extract the rich fruity component. This is followed by refinement in steel which helps to enhance the rich varietal. In the glass it has a beautiful intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose is striking for the fragrance of its aromas, dominated by red and dark fruit, well ripe but still crunchy. To these are added hints of rose and violet, giving complexity and depth to this red wine of the territory. In the mouth it is soft, full-bodied and persistent. A simple wine, but not a trivial one, it is ideal to accompany the whole meal with pleasure. Excellent from appetizers to meat-based main courses. It is also perfect with vegetarian dishes. ...
