The word Classica indicates the historicity of the vineyards, located in the oldest and most typical area of the denomination. The word Superiore, on the other hand, refers to the category of this wine, which is superior to the standard also by virtue of a slightly higher alcohol content. It is the result of a careful selection of the grapes during the harvest and a low temperature fermentation in steel. The same containers are also used for the rapid refinement before resting in the bottle. Intense straw yellow with golden hues, this wine has an evident bouquet of flowers and fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, dry, with delicate notes of citrus and tropical fruit. The finish is typical, with a distinct hint of bitter almond. A white wine to be served chilled as an aperitif.
