Vigna Bindesi is located in Pressano. From a height of almost 500 metres it dominates the Adige Valley. Its peculiarity lies in the colour of its soil, red and ancient, with a particular composition, able to give the wine finesse and longevity. This Pinot Noir is a perfect example. If kept well in the cellar, in fact, the Vigna Bindesi of Maso Grener can last a very long time, continuing to give great satisfaction when it is uncorked. Harvested by hand, the grapes are pressed directly in open wooden vats. This is where maceration and fermentation take place, which is then completed in oak barriques, where malolactic fermentation and subsequent ageing also takes place. The wine is bottled only a year and a half after the harvest. A light colour typical of the vine, Vigna Bindesi has decidedly varietal aromas. The nose is slightly fruity, with a hint of red fruits and black cherries, but also mineral and slightly pungent. The light scent of wood also stands out, well integrated with the other scents. In the mouth it is medium-bodied and well balanced in all its parts. A really pleasant wine to sip, while dining or while waiting for the chicken on the spit to take on the right golden colour. ...
